Raman crystals are a type of optical functional crystals that realize laser frequency conversion by means of the stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) effect. Their core function is to convert pump laser light into Stokes/anti-Stokes light of different wavelengths, so as to expand the output wavelength range of lasers.
